Job Duties:

 

Under general supervision of the Finance Director, this position will oversee all aspects of the Utilities for the City of York. Duties will include preparing, analyzing, and preparing for print the City’s water and sewer bills. Working closely with the public works department, uploading and adjusting meter readings, analyzing data and dealing with the public.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

Requires ability to work without supervision and advanced office skills, including collections and debt setoff experience. Prior utility billing experience is required, with Harris/CSI software preferred. Competitive salary and benefits package.
