Courses in Level I and Level II are being offered in conjunction with the County Council Coalition meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 25. Participants are eligible to earn credit for Level II courses after graduation from Level I or earning credit for at least six (6) Level I courses.

Registration Fee and Information
The registration fee is $70.00 per course. If you prefer to mail a check, please select "Bill Me" when registering online and mail a check to SCAC by Friday, October 19. Or, you may complete the registration form and mail it with a check to SCAC prior to the deadline. After October 19 and on-site, the registration fee will be $80.00 per course.


Cancellation Policy
The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, October 19. Registrations canceled by 5:00 p.m. on October 19 will be assessed a $10.00 service charge. Cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be made after October 19. After October 19 and on-site, the registration fee for Institute courses will be $80.00 per course.

Hotel Reservation Information
Hotel reservations may be made directly with the Embassy Suites Hotel by calling (803) 252-8700. Please mention the group code, “SCA”, to receive the special room rate of $137.00/night (plus taxes = $156.18). You may also make your reservations online by clicking here. The deadline for making hotel reservations is Thursday, October 4. Cancellations of hotel rooms must be received by the hotel by 6 p.m. the day before arrival.
